Company will give the refund to the card holder by nullifying and voiding the transaction with the issuing bank directly in the event of cancellation of the Purchase order within seven (7) days cooling off period.
In consequential of client compliance to client request for sale cancellation and the refund remitted to the card holder, henceforth all client benefits, claims and interest attached to the Said Product have been waived and terminated absolutely and legally. Thereafter, company shall have the sole right to deal with the Said Product that is deemed fit and proper.
In furtherance, client warrant not to hold premium company liable arising from the refund to the card holder in whatsoever and howsoever manners.
